Crystal Duncan is the Director of Client Strategy and Operations at IZEA, located in Orlando. She joined the team soon after finishing college and has held been instrumental to the advertiser and brand networks, strategic execution of client campaigns and blogger relations. In her current role, Crystal leads the sales, account management, campaign fulfillment and influencer ecosystem team at IZEA.

She is a graduate of Youngstown State University in Ohio, where she was 4-year letter winner on the volleyball team.
