Hello everyone! I am a 31 year old teacher, runner and doc student who had 2 heart attacks in January of 2012. I started blogging about my recovery as a way of keeping my friends and family around the country in the loop but it turns out blogging has helped me as well. Looking forward to meeting all of you!
